Who is responsible
Rankmosaicstarad Research Limited is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with this website and correspondence. Contact [email protected] or write to 42 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 R284, Ireland. Company registration number: 781536.
Browsing and technical information
The supplied website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded social widgets or externally hosted fonts. Its images, scripts and styles are requested from the website itself. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested paths and browser information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. Such technical processing is separate from the local question tool.
Your locally prepared question
Text entered into the Contact tool stays in the page’s memory and is not submitted to a server by that tool. It is not saved as a draft in localStorage. Reloading or leaving the page discards the draft. Copying places text on your device clipboard; downloading creates a local text file. Your browser, operating system or device backup services may manage those items under their own settings.
Email you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your address, the message, any name you provide and relevant delivery information. We use it to consider your request, respond where appropriate, investigate corrections and keep necessary correspondence records. Processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and maintaining the journal, or on a legal obligation where applicable. Please send only information necessary for your request.
Preferences and local storage
The cookie settings page can store your preference under rankmosaicstarad-consent in your browser’s localStorage. This is not an HTTP cookie. It remains until you change or clear it, your browser removes it or you use the reset control. No optional tracking is activated by accepting the current setting. See Your Cookie Settings for controls.
Access, retention and recipients
Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to handle the matter, maintain a proportionate record or meet legal requirements. Relevant hosting and email providers may process technical information or correspondence to supply their services. We do not sell personal information. Where a service involves processing outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.
You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or your competent supervisory authority. We may update this notice when the website’s functions or processing practices change.
